Robert D. Parker, son of George H. and Elizabeth Parker, was born in Detroit in 1884, he was married to Julia Aurelia Johnson, daughter of Fleming and Ann Maria Johnson, together they had one son, Robert Fleming Parker, born in 1919. Mr. Parker worked as shipping and receiving manager for Fyfe's Shoe Store in Detroit for fifty years, he died in 1976. From the description of Robert D. Parker papers, 1883-1984.
